Any subscriber who does not meet these criteria will be deleted from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be reimbursed immediately and a return of the product(s) concerned will be required.

Article 2: Placing Order

By placing an Order for Products through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Article 3: Price

The prices are indicated in Indian Rupees, excluding the shipping and processing of your order. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.

Article 4: Your information

If You wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or any other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.

Article 5: Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, this includes pre-order products.

Payment can be made through any of the payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (Razorpay, PayPal, for example).

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Article 6: Course Access

After payment, course access will be given. In case of payment failure or any verification issue, access may be dismissed till successful payment.

The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary so that you still receive your product or that you are reimbursed according to your warranty.

Article 7: Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.

Article 8: Validity of courses

Subscription to view course videos and other content of the course you have subscribed is of one year from date of subscription. Workshops are live only recordings will not be provided.

Article 9: TRAI Agreements

As per Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) requirements by making payment you agree to the following:

"I agree and consent to receive all communications at the mobile number provided, even if this mobile number is registered under DND/NCPR list under TRAI regulations. And for that purpose, I further authorise this website owner to share/disclose the information to any third party service provider or any affiliates, group companies, their authorised agents or third party service providers."

Article 10: Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund of any registration fee, advance payment, full payment towards the Product like courses/trainings is at the sole discretion of this website owner. However, you can overrule this by entering into a separate agreement with this website owner, specific to the Product you buy or intend to buy. In case of courses/trainings, once access to the course/trainings is created for the buyer, no cancellation is possible & no refund is given under any circumstances.
